Under the main theme of "Peace and Prosperity in Asia," Asian legislators and political leaders gathered in Seoul for the Fourth General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), jointly organized by the governing Uri Party and the opposition Grand National Party of the Republic of Korea.
