Changing Balance of Power In Northeast Asia
With the collapse of the communist world at the close of the 20th century, new international order was heralded.
This reflected that the world would enter the single market economic bloc amid increasing regionalism. At the same time, it meant that Northeast Asia would witness a changing balance of power and as a result, security and stability would be in jeopardy.
